Adam Dell is the Managing General Partner of Impact Venture
Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm located in New York City and
focused on Internet related product and service companies. Before founding
Impact, Mr. Adam Dell was a Partner with Crosspoint Venture Partners in Northern
California and a Senior Associate with Enterprise Partners in Southern
California . Mr. Adam Dell's investment focus includes business-to-business
Internet commerce, application service providers and content infrastructure. Mr.
Adam Dell's investment portfolio includes companies such as Opus360/FreeAgent.com,
National Transportation Exchange (NTE), Buzzsaw.com, HotJobs and CarsDirect.
Mr. Adam Dell is an adjunct professor at the Columbia
Business School , where he teaches a course on venture capital, the Internet and
the entrepreneurial process. Mr. Adam Dell is also a contributing columnist for
Internet trade magazines the Industry Standard and Business 2.0. Prior to
becoming a venture capitalist, Mr. Adam Dell worked as a corporate attorney in
Austin, Texas. He received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Economy from Tulane
University and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School
of Law.
